Yup, since Unreal3.2.2 (which uses TRE 0.7.0) this is possible.
You can use (?-i) to turn off case sensitivity, and
(?i) to turn it on again... eg: (?-i)test(?i)ing
would match:
testing
testINg
but not:
teSTING
TESTING
