[Unreal-support] unrealircd configure problems

Hi there!

I red all the documentation about the unrealircd installation the best I
can, but I still got this error while ./Config configure:

config.status: creating include/setup.h
config.status: include/setup.h is unchanged

make: req: Command not found
make: *** [pem] Error 127
			   =20

I think is has something to do with the ssl support, but I already
installed these packages:

libssl-dev - SSL development libraries, header files and documentation
libssl0.9.6 - SSL shared libraries

Any help would be great! Thanks.
