[Unreal-support] Unreal again

OK, I went for an earlier Unreal version - 3.1.4, and now I'm almost up =
& running but it complains about "Unable to load dynamic config =
networks/unrealircd.conf"
Seems to be a problem with that file or it can't find it?
I've set the Set CONFIG_FILE_STOP to 0...
