[Unreal-support] Ident problem

Hi there ...i have Unreal3.2 beta11 on windows 2000 pro. The ident doesn't seem to work at all. I have gone to the support site..and i have tired putting ip *@* and hostname *@* ....instead of just *....in the allow line. But still it doesn't work.
