<DIV>there is no other ircd running</DIV>
<DIV>my ip is correct i am using a box on my network and i am using the ip i assigned to that box </DIV>
<DIV>i believe the spath and dpath are correct.. they point to the  home/user/Unreal3.1.2/ folder and the file home/user/Unreal3.1.2/ircd .</DIV>
<DIV>i am ussing default port 6667 .. theres nothing else running on the box so it should capture that port. </DIV>
