Ran Config. DPath and SPath look correct

Ran make (two warnings about inaddr changes)

Get the following error when starting the ircd. Have doublechecked the IP,
am told all ports are available.

I'm stumped.

* Loaded badwords.message.conf (message filter words) ..
* Loaded badwords.channel.conf (channel filter words) ..
* Dynamic configuration initialized .. booting IRCd.

|             Possible problems:             |
| (1) IRCd already running.                  |
| (2) The correct IP was not placed in the   |
|     M:line of the ircd.conf.               |
| (3) DPATH or SPATH's are incorrect. Run    |
|     ./Config to correct that.              |
| (4) Someone else is running an ircd on the |
|     default port you chose in ircd.conf.   |
