[Unreal-support] I need help

Hello,
   I already setup the Unreal3.1.2 in my shell. But when i want running "./ircd" the server can't run and display the error message.

The error message is:-
      1. IRCD already running.
      2. The correct IP was not place in the M:line of the ircd.conf.
      3. Dpath or Spath's are incorrect. Run ./Config to correct that.
      4. Someone else is running an ircd on the default port you chose  
         in ircd.conf.

Please tell me much to resolve this problem.
