[Unreal-support] i cant get my IRC server working

i work whith version Unreal3.1.1-Darkshades+win32 of unrealIRCD and cant get 
my server to work, i think the problem is in the ircd.conf file... or my 
HTTP proxy, to make sure i was going to include my ircd.conf as an 
attachement, but hotmail screwed up.
