Hi

I am currently using UnrealIRCd/32 v3.0-Morrigan, and I having no luck 
stopping people from creating channels.

I have created a chrestrict.conf file, and have rebooted the server, and 
tried to rehash the file (just get an error saying no such server)

can I please have some help, or please be directed in the right direction...
