[Unreal-support] OP name and registration

Hi, i just installed Unreal ircd server on windows 2000 server.

Now it works fine, but how can i do this :



My name is Andre and i want it to always REMEMBEr me as a OP in the =
channel i create - like @Andre

even when i QUIT mirc software, my NAME is still in the channel and =
other users can see it..

when i log back with mirc, it asks me for my username and PW and let's =
me back in - like  a registered name in a room.


Also when i go /chanserv help  it says that no services are running - =
how can i make them run?


I have this problem now becuase if users just go in my channel, the =
FIRST user alwasy gets OPed... and i don't want anyone to be op execpt =
me.  So i would like my name to be always resident in my channel even if =
i'm no there..

could you help with the above - thanks!
