[Unreal-support] configuration

Hi,

I downloaded the ircd, but I'm not very familiar with
how the configuration works.  Is there a FAQ or doc on
setting it up?  I would like to disable the socks
checking for starters.. I have socks proxy and it
automatically kills my connection then.
