[Unreal-support] unreal ircd problem

When I load it i get this message:

ERROR: do not run ircd setuid root. Make it setuid a normal user.

| (2) The correct IP was not placed in the   |
|     M:line of the ircd.conf.               |

|     default port you chose in ircd.conf.   |

I cannot find ircd.conf?
