[Unreal-support] Hi there

I have been trying to use UnrealIRCd cause I need support for my WebTV users 
to be able to change their nicks and get services and server notices as /msg 
but I havent been able to.
I edited the files "configure.h" or "unrealircd.config" in either version 3.0 
and 3.1beta as suggested bye someone from UnrealIRCd Team to add the WebTV 
support but still it won't work for me, when I try to do /msg IRC Nick 
NewNick it woud just say " IRC is not known"
Could you guys please help me?
I really need your IRCd cause many of my users are on WebTV. And you guys 
ROCK with this IRCd , Thanks in advance for any help you could give me.
