[Unreal-support] Questions

Hi,
   I'm the owner of irc.teenparadise.net, and I just switched to your =
ircd (UnReal) today. I was using one called "Rush".=20

I switched mainly because the past two days, we've been getting attacked =
by someone! They keep mass cloning, and ping flooding me, mass joining =
the channels I was in, and stuff like that! I tried to just KLine the =
person, and put them on ignore, but the Klines didn't work!! I Klined =
their whole domain, and it had no effect!! After I killed him, he just =
came right back on!! Soo.. since he was using a numerical IP, I Zlined =
him, and as far as I could tell, that worked. =3D)

But, the problem got worse when he came back about 15 min. later with a =
alphabetical IP.. I couldn't Zline him, I couldn't akill him with =
services (just said that there was no one to akill, I later found out =
that I guess I had akill disabled!!), and the kline didn't work. Soo.. =
here are my questions:
First off, do you have any idea why the kline on Rush wasn't working?=20
Second, do klines work on UnReal?
Third, if previous was yes, does defining a kline in the ircd.conf make =
it permanent?
Fourth, how do I add a permanent Zline?
Fifth, how do I get someone's numerical IP if they are using an alph. =
one?
Sixth, how can a permanent Gline be added?
