[Unreal-users] I really need to disable identd

Is there *any way* to disable identd?  I have users who use a proprietary irc client that doesn't have an identd server.  I've seen
it done in an older version of the dalnet code which Unreal is based on.  I will start getting into the code if I have to but I
wanted to check again if there was any easier way to do this.
