UnrealIRCd 5.2.1-rc1 available for testing

Hi everyone,

The release candidate for UnrealIRCd 5.2.1 is now available. Even though 
only a month has passed since 5.2.0, there are many enhancements and 
fixes. We welcome anyone to test and report issues to 
https://bugs.unrealircd.org/ so they can be fixed before the 5.2.1 
stable release.
