UnrealIRCd 5.2.0-rc1 available for testing

Hi everyone,

The first release candidate for UnrealIRCd 5.2.0 is now available. This 
is a major release with lots of new features that also warrant a lot of 
testing. We welcome anyone to test and report issues to 
https://bugs.unrealircd.org/ so they can be fixed before the 5.2.0 
stable release.

The two main features are: an improved and more flexible anti-flood 
block and channel history which can now be stored encrypted on disk and 
allows clients to fetch hundreds/thousands of lines.
