#3 Custom "username is a IRC Operator"

Yes, hello, i was wondering if there is/was a custom "title" for
IRCops, when you add a oper account, (for example) you can
have ":'is a IRC Operator':" in the oper config, or "::" for default
oper class, also I would like to have some part of that config to
make the "title" to hidden, such as "oper undercover" which will
make it complety hidden that the user is a oper, in such a way
that ":justusers:" : where normal user can't see his a oper, or
":all:" which make that oper completly undercover, even to top irc
admins, (for example, if you wanted so watch for abusive admins/
staff) if not possible, I really want that custom ircop title.
