#60 Time to connect is very long...

Hello. I am not a programmer and we've installed the
ircd on our server w/o changing the original source.
The server is up now, but if somebody tries to
connect, the ircd needs about 3 mins to let the user
in.

I've seen this on many other servers which using THIS
ircd.

Is it simple a kind of misconfiguration ??? We have a
very fast connection to the internet (> 650 MBit/s).

It is due the socks proxy And Ident scanner.. you can
disable them in the config.h
