#50 Problems with Oper flags

Whenever i try to add a server admin with the
privelages Aa, it only recognizes the person as a
services admin. below is the pastings from when
the /oper is done and what the oper flags are in the
shell

Remove flag "a" from the O-line flag

i have the same problem too setting co-admin

note no "a"
