the channel when someone rejoins or joins the chan.

Yes, Ive noticed this too..... Very annoying when you have
a channel service all ready to go, and cant hide it from
the user, doesnt seem like much, but its intrusive to the
user when the services are visible (unmoveable) members of
their registered channel
