The first ALPHA release is now available! It includes ability to extract single and segmented archives.

Fri 7 Jun the first binary release of Unrar X was made. This software is PRE ALPHA. This means that it is not tested, contains known bugs, has unipmlemented features and may behave unexpectadly. This release is aimed at the insanly brave or the outright stupid people who has the urge to try out extremely new software. It may not be usefull at all but is presented in a simple way to show the stage of development of the project.

Because of heave external workload, the first alpha release has been postponed and is now scheduled to come no later than the first of August.

The amount of features included in this alpha release is not yet specified, but it should have some practical use.

A pre-alpha binary release might happen before this time, however this will be aimed at the insanely-brave.

UML charts where posted in the Developers section of the homepage at http://unrarx.sourceforge.net/developers.html.

The project is almost setup now.

Layout for the homepage is created. Some contents but more have to be added.
