im running snow leopard 10.6.1 and 2.2 UnRarX. it works great consistently. only problem ive had is this:
in the UnRarX application, there is an apple grey part of the UnrarX window and, below that, a white part of the window. the white part is where i can read output showing me the results and status of the operation. when i highlight a group of rar's and then click them or drag them into UnRarX to begin the decoding process, the first thing that normally happens is that while it is taking in all the files it tends to sort of flash and the grey part gets longer. this then stops and the process begins and i can see what is happening. the problem occurs when i put in a group of say 60 rar files (sometimes less). the grey part gets so long, that it pushes the white part off screen. even if i put the app window as near to the top as i am able, i still can not view the white output area and also can not reach the bottom right corner of the app in order to resize it. i have a 17 inch high res widescreen laptop, so space shouldnt be an issue.
ive included a screenshot of the problem as an example with 60 files
