Hy *,

I want to use unixmail (0.6) on my NT4, but I run into errors. If I want to unpack the tar-file inside the batch- script I got the following error:

tar: Skipping to next header
tar: 114 garbage bytes ignored at end of archive
tar: temp.ppm: Not found in archive
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

This error occurs while unpacking the file via batch or manually via tar and tail...

Any hints what to do?

  seems to depend what browser you use for downloading the .bat-file.
  Some don't get downloads appropiately (including my old netscape).
  
  So I had the same problem.
  Try to use some alternative program to download the file.
  (I used 'wget' and the reported problem disappeared.)
