#1 Description for patches

Dear devs,

first of all: Thank you very much for such an excellent
toolset. I would like to make the following request:
Could you please explain what the patches are for and
in which order they have to be applied? E.g. the patch
"uniwin.0.5a.patch.gapp.for.MingW.Developer.Studio.zip"
and "uniwin.0.5a.patch.telnet.zip" both contain
"gapp.exe" but with different sizes. I clicked on
"notes" in the download section but the notes are
empty. Where can I get such "inside" information?
