#80 Inefficiencies in galaxy creation

There are inefficiencies with the galaxy creation using
the database class in the new server object.
Database.store() is called too often. Prevention of
this can be done by passing references of the objects
created (galaxies, systems, etc) to the "sub" objects.

This bug is a reminder to fix these problems.
