#77 Cannot load a game in version 0.15

Running version 0.15 in windows 2000 pro with the JRE
installed. The game runs very smoothly and it allows
me to save my game. However, when I attempt to load a
game the main universe screen opens and the turn
counter begins conuting upwards at a _very_ high rate
(from turn 1 to turn 10,000 in a few seconds) in some
sort of upward loop and no game features were
functional as it did this. This happens every time I
try to load that saved game file.

I have the same problem with UniverseSigned.jar version 0.16.

I use a linux-system and tested it with Jre-1.3.0 IBM and Suns java 1.3.1-b24.
