#76 Starmap 'grid' feature broke in 0.16

In the current snapshot of build 0.16 the 'grid'
feature is not working. I can select a type of grid
but the grid does not then display on the starmap.
The 'grid' feature is working fine in version 0.15 so
it looks like it got broke in the changes being made
in 0.16
I realize 0.16 is not finalized but I thought I
would point this out to make sure it is back in by the
time 0.16 is officially released.
