In the construction queues, projects appear not in the
order you pick them but instead in the order they are
listed in the selection box. (They do build in the
order you pick them, though.)
This behavior seems to be the result of the new Orderable
interface returning hashtables. The project listings are
sorted by their hash keys. I'm not certain why hashtables
are being used or how they are intended to be used since
this aspect has only been partially implemented, so this
will require some more investigation to figure out how to fix.
