Inorder to add research to the queue, a research module
must be built on the station *first*. I suppose this is
slightly confusing, so I'll leave this bug open. To close
this bug, the research queue should show all available
technologies and allow research to be added to the queue.
A message should be displayed on this dialog if no research
modules exist in the station.

Even after creating the research module, the add button
does not update the in queue list. The item is added to
the queue and the research is peformed, but there is no
visibility to the activity being perfomed, in the queue nor
the % complete status.

Sad that I seemed to have missed it. This game seems like it has so much potential, but from the look on the dates of things, seems like it has long since been abandoned. Too bad. It really has a unique feel. Finally a space game with a real 3-d star map. But I found myself fooling around with it for 10 minutes, and the whole broken research thing really brings me down. If I can't research lasers and equip them to my ship then how can i conquer the universe. Oh well. I'm sure the devs have moved on to bigger and better things. But this game seems like an uncut diamond lost in the wreckage of the internet. Maybe some day...
