Hi Sander,
One quick hack (although not elegant) is to download the existing
dynamically generated metadata, add the R&S and SIRTFI extensions and place
it inside the VAADIN folder. Obviously the saved metadata files have to
sync'd with the saml sp and/or idp endpoint properties.
