[Unity-idm-discuss] Pre selected auth is not working

Dear Krzysztof,
dear Roman,

we have some clients, which are going to test the uy_select_authn
option in OIDC. If they add this as additional query parameter in the
authentication request, followed by the entry from the lastAutnUsed
cookie, it is not working. Unity throws NoSignInContextException. I
added the full stacktrace where I was able to reproduce this issue. Is
there a wrong value used or is this a bug.
