happy new year and I hope you had nice holidays, too.

About the first issue I try to collect further information. I was not
yet able to reproduce this, but I know some users who were able to do
it. At the moment they are still on holiday.

About the second point, I think it is everywhere in the UI where you
can configure attributes. I added screenshots from attribute statements
and form configuration.
