Fixing it by admin is not trivial. This information is stored in a system-managed attribute, named sys:Preferences. It is not editable from console, you can only view it. You can delete it directly in DB for that user. This will also *remove all other consents* of the user. You can also update the value of the attribute manually but the format is complex so I would suggest that even less. Very sensitive operation. Best, Krzysztof |
