[Unity-idm-discuss] dynamic second factor

good morning Roman,

we start testing the dynamic second factor, where unity performs it
only if it was not performed at the upstream IdP. The IdPs send this
information only if it was requested by the SP. Does unity send this
request, if the dynamic2f flow was performed?
