[Unity-idm-discuss] NotBefore missing in SAML assertion

Hi Krzyzstof,
hi Roman,

we are trying to add Splunk as a SP using SAML. Splunk shows an error
about missing NotBefore field in assertion. Investigating the assertion
confirms this. NotBefore is missing but NotOnOrAfter is present. Is
this just an error in our configuration or does unity not send the
NotBefore?
