Ups, seems we don't put upman's config reference in manual. So yes, this 
is supported, those are the options:

unity.upman.enableHomeLink

unity.upman.homeEndpoint

(same usage as unity.userhome.enableProjectManagementLink and 
unity.userhome.projectManagementEndpoint but in other direction)

We will add that to manual.
