[Unity-idm-discuss] enquiry on subgroups in unity 2.4.2

Hi Krzysztof,

I encountered an issue in enquiry forms. We want to request additional
information from our OAuth clients. For this reason we created an
enquiry form and want to store the information in /oauth-clients group.
The form is shown to the "users" and they submit it but they are not
stored, neither in root group nor in oauth-clients group.

Within log files I see the submitted form and no errors.
