Hi,

It seems that you get an error from upstream (SAML) IdP. Perhaps it does 
not trust your new instance?

Try to enable TRACE logging on SAML. You will see the response contents 
that you get (also SAML request that unity sends to the IdP), this 
should shed some light on the details.
