You can set new admin account.
see initialAdminUsername and initialAdminPassword options in documentation.
Note that in latest versions of Unity the admin user is created with 
sys:password credential, so login using this credential must be enabled 
on your AdminUI endpoint. In older versions this was different and more 
complicated - see log after restart for details.
