Shiraz is right in this sense that OAuth refresh is not yet supported. 
We have it somewhere in the plans and I can open a ticket for EUDAT.

However before opening can you please confirm that auto extension 
feature won't work for you? See documentation for this property:
extendAccessTokenValidityUpTo

Basically if you turn it on you get automatic enhancement of actively 
used token validity up to certain time.
