[Unity-idm-discuss] Release 1.9.5

Dear Subscribers,

Subsequent Unity revision - 1.9.5 - is available for download. In the
first place it fixes recently found bugs.

Additionally one new feature is introduced: it is possible to configure 
what happens when user triggers account removal (for instance it can be 
only disabled if some more complicated deprovisioning should be activated).
