Docs Updated

Design document has been updated (again). Added a few new sections - some still missing any content, but some new content added as well. Includes the initial concept (Abstract & Intro) now. Docs should be completed within two weeks. And within the month I plan to have a simple concept demo working (or at least mostly working).
