#34 distinguish rcsb and in-house structures

Unison's pdb schema currently stores structures from only one source, RCSB. We should enable structures from multiple sources by reference to origin_id, with appropriate is_public and URL templates (and updates to the structure pages or nph-pdb-fetch).
