Beta now avaiable

Today we make avaiable the first beta verion of our project.
This release is far moe stable and functional; that alpha, but still there is much work to make this project good. I think that it will be another beta in 2 months, and then we will take a long road to release.

Also migration to GNU GPL (v2) was completed and project was ported to SourceForge. Now, with the help of SourceForge public SVN, bugtracker syste, and the help of community I hope that the project will be progressing quick in quality and will become popular.
