Not an issue at current description (log files may be too big to reopen it on every update. Otherwise a button for manual update is requred anyway. Also :FSP can be changed (I Will think about desired dunctionality)

Hm. How about "Update curent log" buton under Open log button in main view (with the desired functionality)?

Decide what do you want and if this is acceptable by yuur idea.
