#791 Add GitHub homepage

All I wanted to do was download uvconv-1.1.3b.tar.gz but there are so many ads here on Sourceforge that, well, impossible.

Therefore please consider having an alternative homepage on GitHub instead. Like Viking GPS has. An in fact perhaps move the whole kaboodle there too.
