SF page is out of date. Just visit https://sk1project.net for newer UniConvertor version. Under windows this is uniconvertor.exe binary, for linux and macos - uniconvertor script.

Just open cmd.exe and type uniconvertor.exe. This is all you need to run application because UniConvertor is a command-line tool. The binary you can find in folder <programfiles>/UniConvertor-2.0rc4 </programfiles>
