I have just downloaded the latest headless windows uniconverter. I have installed it, and it looks like it also installed two extensions into my inkscape folder. - Does this means i can use inkscape 0.92.4 to import files like cgm into svg? - -I tried the "import" or "open" function, i could not see the filetype such as cgm shown in inkscape. Do i access this extension in some other form?

I had the same problem error message, I was trying to use SVG output from TGIF. But it works now. I downloaded lcms version 1.19 source and compiled and installed it. Then downloaded sk1libs-0.9.1.tar.gz and installed that. Don't forget doing an ldconfig afterwards, else you will get a message saying the .so file can't be found. Hope this helps.
