#1 Palm Up and Down should move complete page

I just picked up UniBible and found it really
excellent! I can easily see it has the potential of
replacing plucker as an ebook reader for the Palm, but
with complete UniCode support! On the other hand,
perhaps the correct thing would be to port plucker to
use UniLib...

Anyhow, one thing that I immediately found that is
missing is that Up and Down only scroll one line at a
time instead of one screenfull. I believe the default
behaviour should be like in other Palm applications
(including plucker), one line at a time.
